I know you heard plenty about Palm Beach South Florida in recent news, but let me recap some recent events:

Investment Firms are moving to Florida



Influx of newcomers


Last few years showed a massive influx of newcomers from the NE and the west coast.


The latest stats from snntv.com indicate that nearly 1000 people move here every day! That’s 365,000 new residents per year! Many are coming from northern states like New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. According to move.org, Florida was the most moved to state in 2020.


The year round sunny weather, (still) affordable property, and no state income tax - Continue to attract people to Relocate to Florida in Record Numbers, but what shifted in recent years that brought SoFlo to the front, beyond the tax break and affordability, was the new generation of work force.

New generation of Floridians


Florida is no longer an attraction only for retirees. Young professionals and their families found their new home in the sunshine state, with the flexibility in virtual work and the convenience of travel.

Easy travel


Palm Beach International airport offers almost hourly daily flights to the North East that take only a few hours to destination, making it the ultimate attraction for 1st and 2nd home buyers and virtual work.

The lifestyle in S.Florida is like no other. Palm Beach Island itself featured a limited opportunity with only 9,841 homes.

Of course, we can’t predict the future, but I remember working for an investment group as a land buyer in Florida in 2007 (yes right before the great crash), offering land owners money for land they bought 10 years before for a 1/5 of the price I offered them. They were all extremely happy, to say the least.


Moving forward passed the 2008 crash, passed all the ups and downs, presidents, political battles and market instability…, Florida land continues to consistently triple in value each decade, making it an unquestionable asset to own.
